John Minihan, FMP, ADAC
I bring decades of hands‑on experience across new residential construction and remodeling, commercial renovations, defense contracting, facility management, and ADA auditing. My background spans the full project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to on‑site oversight and compliance review—so owners gain clear guidance and confident decision‑making. I hold the Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential from IFMA and the ADA Coordinator credential from the University of Missouri.
